When Faun started Yeşil Güzellik, the goal was never just to make beautiful, effective skincare. The dream was to build a brand that genuinely cares — about the ingredients we use, the people who use them, and the planet we all share. It turns out that those values go hand in hand, and we are so proud to share some of the concrete steps we are taking to bring that commitment to life.

Rethinking Our Packaging

New Bamboo Containers

One of the most visible ways a brand can show its values is through packaging. We have been thinking long and hard about ours, and we are excited to share that we are in the process of transitioning all of our containers to bamboo. Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials on earth — it grows extraordinarily fast, requires no pesticides, and biodegrades naturally. That means that the beautiful little jar holding your Clove-Orange Sugar Scrub will one day return to the earth as gently as it came from it. We are making this transition thoughtfully, step by step, because we want to get it right — and we think it will be worth the wait.

Keeping an Eye on Our Carbon Footprint

We are a small brand, which means we are also a nimble one. We do not have decades of carbon-intensive operations to untangle — we have the advantage of being able to build responsibly from the ground up. We are actively tracking and evaluating the environmental impact of our production and shipping processes, from the sourcing of our natural ingredients to the moment your order arrives at your door. Our goal is not perfection overnight, but continuous, honest improvement. Every decision we make, we ask ourselves: is there a greener way to do this?

Coming Soon: Our Refill Program

Here is something we are genuinely thrilled about: we are currently developing a refill program. The idea is simple — once you fall in love with one of our scrubs (and we think you will), you should not have to buy an entirely new container every time.

Our refill program will allow you to replenish your favorite products while dramatically reducing packaging waste.
