Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard domestic delivery within Turkey takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because the recipient is unavailable, the carrier will leave a notification and hold the package at the nearest depot for [3] days. If not collected, the package will be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery fees may apply.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening the package and contact us within 3 days at ygbathritual@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
