Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
1. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), you have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at ygbathritual@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Ship the product back in its original, unopened packaging with all original documents.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
Unused and unopened
In original packaging with all seals intact
Returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice
4. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
Bath scrubs and body care products that have been opened or used
Gift sets that have been partially opened
This exemption applies in accordance with Article 15(f) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (products where the seal has been broken and which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
7. Defective or Wrong Products
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at yg.bath.ritual@gmail.com. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
